Pool Management:
If you already own an own pool of Returnable Transit Packaging (RTP) equipment or wish to have your own pool of equipment then Cerca cannot only provide the equipment on a rental basis but can also offer full pool management services. This service would include:
- Delivery of Ready for Use (RFU) packaging assets on a Just in Time (JIT) basis
- Collection of packaging assets from your drop points
- Service of packaging assets in line with production standards and requirements
- Full supply chain tracking of your assets via our specially developed Cerca PackPlanOnLine Tracking system.

Process Management:
As well as offering full rental systems and pool management services Cerca can also offer individually elements of the rental and pool management services should this be the most appropriate solution for your requirements. This can include:
- The hygienic cleaning of RTP equipment through a Cerca or partner wash plant
- Equipment sorting / inspection and repair
- Equipment preparation in line with production needs, delivered on a JIT basis
The provision of these services can be supplied from one of our many service centres or via the provision of on site facilities managed by Cerca.
By utilising the scale and industry expertise that Cerca has available these services can be provided on a level that is unachievable via traditional in-house operations.
