Euro Pallet
This has dimensions of 1200 x 800mm (48 x 31.5 inch) pallet, as used in mainland Europe
Half Euro / Düsseldorf Pallet
This is a half size version of the standard pallet as used in mainland Europe - it is 800 x 600mm ( 31.5 x 24 inches)
Hygienic Pallet
All plastic pallets are more suitable than wooden pallets for us in hygienic areas. However, top range specialist Hygienic Pallets have 100% smooth surfaces, leaving no cracks or gaps for contamination to build up in, and are often made from Virgin plastics
Standard Pallet
The Standard size of pallet in the UK, and generally used world-wide, is 1200 x 1000mm (48 x 40 inch)

Unit size (Length x Width x Height) for example: 1200 x 1000 x 165 (mm)
Unit Weight (Plastic pallets remain consistent wet or dry, unlike wooden pallets) for example: 10KG
Performance - This is the most critical area to discuss, it will determine what pallet you can use safely in all applications and ensure that you do not pay more than necessary.
Performance STATIC: The weight the pallet can take, when the load is evenly spread and the pallet in static on an even surface. This can be per pallet or as an accumulation of weight within a bulk stack - For example: 3000KG static means the pallet can take 3000kg, but is more likely to be suitable for 1000kg loads bulk stacked three high.
Performance DYNAMIC: This is the safe load weight that the pallet design can handle when being moved using Manual Handling Equipment (MHE). The weight is focused on certain central areas held by the MHE and therefore is not capable of the same weight supported by the full pallet design. For example: 1000kg dynamic. General use for moving loads of 1000kg.
Performance RACKING: This is critical for Health and Safety Executive (HSE) within the work place. This is determined by the type of warehouse racking installed, so please contact us to consult further on this. To rack loads for long periods of time safely, you will require a very heavy duty pallet.
